We are well versed regarding insurance coverage and will do everything possible to help you maintain your maximum benefits.  As a convenience to you, our staff will prepare and submit your insurance claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf.

I have insurance, but I'm not sure what it covers...

We know it can be very confusing to understand and interpret insurance benefits. Each insurance company has several different plans and your covered benefits can sometimes change from year to year, even if your insurance carrier has not changed. At Advanced Eye Care Professionals, we'll figure out your benefits and eligibility for you before you get here for the appointment.

What if I don't see my insurance listed?

We understand patient's concerns of having to switch providers because their insurance has changed. We believe it is your choice as a patient to choose the care you deserve. If you do not see your plan your plan listed, just ask, we'll help you to determine your eligibility.

What if I don't have insurance?

No Problem! You are always welcome at our office. If your exam is not covered by your insurance plan we do provide discounts to patients who do not have coverage that pay us the same day of the service.

Financial Considerations

Charges for professional services or insurance co-payment are due at the time eye care or products are provided.
