Need to reorder contacts? No problem! All you need to do is fill out the below Reorder Request form (Note: your current contact lens prescription will be verified prior to reordering contacts for you). Full year supply orders of contacts can be directly shipped to your house, please indicate that on the order form if you'd like the shipment to come directly to you.
